The apartment, located on the ground floor of a building within a condominium with a private garden, is composed as follows:

When you stay at our apartment, you'll have access to the entire property. Upon check-in, we'll give you the keys so you can access it independently during your stay.
We are always available before and during your stay.
– Before your arrival, you'll be informed about how to get to the apartment and what to do in Rome.
– Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted by me or one of my colleagues. We speak English and will be happy to explain how to use everything in the house and how to enjoy the neighborhood.
– Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you. A €30.00 surcharge applies for arrivals after 10:00 PM and before midnight. A €50 surcharge applies for arrivals after midnight. This payment will be made in cash upon arrival.
– Please remember that on the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am
– The good rules everyone follows in their own homes and for a peaceful life within a condominium building: respect rest hours, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and after 10:00 PM.
PRIVATE TRANSFER FROM AIRPORTS The fastest and most convenient option is a private car transfer. We have an agreement with a car rental company that will get you to the apartment in about 30 minutes for just €60 for two people traveling with carry-on luggage and €80 for four to six people.
