A luxury apartment offering a unique experience just steps from the Vatican.
Immersed in a private garden in the center of Rome, you can relax in the private outdoor pool for your exclusive use, complete with umbrella, sun loungers, and outdoor shower, or enjoy the indoor wellness area, complete with sauna, hot tub, and herbal tea corner.
Every detail has been carefully considered to offer guests a stay marked by elegance and comfort.
The apartment, located on the ground floor, is composed as follows:
– Upon entering, on the left side, you'll find the living area with a large sofa (which can also be converted into a sofa bed) for comfortable viewing of the smart TV; Access to a first terrace with armchairs and tables.
– Spa area: consisting of a 2-person hot tub, sauna, and a table with a kettle for herbal teas.
– Open kitchen equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, blender, Nespresso coffee maker, and toaster, a large central dining table, and a wine cellar for tasting regional Italian wines.
– Two master suites with king-size beds and smart TVs, each with a bathroom and emotional shower.
– Large garden with a mini pool and hot tub (4 meters long by 2.5 meters wide), a sun umbrella, sofas and armchairs, sun loungers, and a table with chairs.
Among the amenities provided are bed linen, bath linen, and pool towels.

When you stay in our apartment, you'll have exclusive use of it. Upon check-in, we'll give you the keys so you can access it independently during your stay.
We are always available before and during your stay.
– Before your arrival, you'll be informed about how to get to the apartment and what to do in Rome.
Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted by me or one of my colleagues. We speak English and will be happy to explain how to use everything in the house and how to enjoy the city.
– Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you. A €30.00 surcharge applies for arrivals after 10:00 PM and before midnight. A €50 surcharge applies for arrivals after midnight. This payment will be made in cash upon arrival.
– Please remember that on the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am
– We recommend following the good house rules everyone follows for a peaceful life in a condominium building; respect rest hours, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and after 10:00 PM.
PRIVATE TRANSFER FROM AIRPORTS: The fastest and most convenient option is a private car transfer. We have an agreement with a car rental company that will get you to the apartment in about 30 minutes for just €60 for two people traveling with carry-on luggage and €80 for four to six people.
