When you stay at our apartment, you'll have access to the entire property. Upon check-in, we'll give you the keys so you can access it independently during your stay.

We are always available before and during your stay.

Before guests arrive, they will be informed via messages on Airbnb about how to get to the apartment and what to do in Rome.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you. A €30.00 surcharge applies for arrivals after 10:00 PM and before midnight. A €50 surcharge applies for check-ins after midnight. This payment will be made in cash upon arrival.

Please remember that on the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am

– The tourist tax is included in the price you paid to Airbnb and is €6/night per person (children under 10 are free).

– The good rules everyone follows in their own homes and for a peaceful life within a condominium building: respect rest hours, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and after 10:00 PM.

– Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted by me or one of my colleagues. We speak English and will be happy to explain how to use everything in the house and how to enjoy the neighborhood.

– Bed linen and towels are provided.
