Costs
- Apartment rent: €2,200.00/month
- Additional charges (condominium fees, water, electricity, gas, TARI-AMA, Wi-Fi, central heating):
- Da Maggio ad Ottobre: 250,00 euro/mese (salvo conguaglio per luce e gas)
- Da Novembre ad Aprile: 430,00 euro/mese (salvo conguaglio per luce, gas e riscaldamento)
- Pulizia e sanificazione finale: 180,00 euro una tantum
SERVICES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST FOR A FEE:
- Cleaning service from 70.00 euros per intervention
- Bed linen and towels 20.00 euros per change
- Parking space, if available, in an unattended garage from 120.00 euros/month
A security deposit must be paid upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out if no damage is found to the apartment.
- Per soggiorni di durata compresa da 1 e 6 mesi: 1.100,00 euro
- For stays of 7 to 18 months: one month's rent
CONTRACT REGISTRATION:
A temporary contract is stipulated (from 1 to 18 months) for which documentation must be attached relating to the tenant's motivation for stipulating a short-term contract: renovation of one's home, temporary transfer for work or health reasons...
The transitional contract includes a registration fee that is shared between the parties and is proportional to the duration.
In the event of early termination, the tenant pays a fixed fee of €70.00.
In the event of an extension, within the 18-month period, an addendum can be drawn up, the registration of which is proportional to the duration and is the responsibility of the tenant.
