The elevator stops on the 3rd floor, so you must climb one flight of stairs. Guests can enjoy both the shared garden and private outdoor spaces, including the panoramic roof garden with a view of St. Peter's Dome.
It is also possible to rent a parking space in the residence's garage.
The building has a concierge in the mornings.
SERVICES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST FOR A FEE:
A security deposit must be paid upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out if no damage is found to the apartment.
A temporary contract is stipulated (from 1 to 18 months) for which documentation must be attached relating to the tenant's motivation for stipulating a short-term contract: renovation of one's home, temporary transfer for work or health reasons...
The transitional contract includes a registration fee that is shared between the parties and is proportional to the duration.
In the event of early termination, the tenant pays a fixed fee of €70.00.
In the event of an extension, within the 18-month period, an addendum can be drawn up, the registration of which is proportional to the duration and is the responsibility of the tenant.
