A luxury apartment offering a unique experience just steps from the Vatican.
Immersed in a private garden in the center of Rome, you can relax in the private outdoor pool for your exclusive use, complete with umbrella, sun loungers, and outdoor shower, or enjoy the indoor wellness area, complete with sauna, hot tub, and herbal tea corner.
Every detail has been carefully considered to offer guests a stay marked by elegance and comfort.
The apartment, located on the ground floor, is composed as follows:
\u2013 Upon entering, on the left side, you'll find the living area with a large sofa (which can also be converted into a sofa bed) for comfortable viewing of the smart TV; Access to a first terrace with armchairs and tables.
\u2013 Spa area: consisting of a 2-person hot tub, sauna, and a table with a kettle for herbal teas.
\u2013 Open kitchen equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, blender, Nespresso coffee maker, and toaster, a large central dining table, and a wine cellar for tasting regional Italian wines.
\u2013 Two master suites with king-size beds and smart TVs, each with a bathroom and emotional shower.
\u2013 Large garden with a mini pool and hot tub (4 meters long by 2.5 meters wide), a sun umbrella, sofas and armchairs, sun loungers, and a table with chairs.
Among the amenities provided are bed linen, bath linen, and pool towels.<\/p>

When you stay in our apartment, you'll have exclusive use of it. Upon check-in, we'll give you the keys so you can access it independently during your stay.
We are always available before and during your stay.
\u2013 Before your arrival, you'll be informed about how to get to the apartment and what to do in Rome.
Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted by me or one of my colleagues. We speak English and will be happy to explain how to use everything in the house and how to enjoy the city.
\u2013 Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you. A \u20ac30.00 surcharge applies for arrivals after 10:00 PM and before midnight. A \u20ac50 surcharge applies for arrivals after midnight. This payment will be made in cash upon arrival.
\u2013 Please remember that on the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am
\u2013 We recommend following the good house rules everyone follows for a peaceful life in a condominium building; respect rest hours, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and after 10:00 PM.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
